Escape From Alcatraz 2012 Training Day 13

Saturday without a 24 hour fitness run.  I was a block away and decided not to go in.  The decision to not go in is okay one time each week, twice a week is a no no.  I must go!  Sounds a little Dr. Suessy. I know.
