Day 4: Preparing for the Race
Today was all about preparing Daniel and Jen for the final hours before the great Escape.
Hanging out with two amazing athletes was a great way to spend the day, and it has been great motivation to prepare for the Dewey Beach Triathlon this fall. Buying last minute gear, getting marked, grabbing vegetarian lunch at Greens, and just preparing for tomorrow!
No scale so there is no weigh in. WTF?!?!?
